Design and implement training programs tailored for facility management staff (technical, soft skills, compliance, and safety).
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in consultation with business and operations teams.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and e-learning modules.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations (HSE, ISO, etc.) through periodic awareness programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for specialized training sessions.
Maintain training records, MIS reports, and dashboards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the facilities management sector and workforce requirements.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to design engaging and practical training modules.
Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
