Company profileKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct induction and refresher training for soft-services staff.
Train teams on housekeeping, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
Prepare training materials, SOPs and attendance records.
Conduct on-site training and performance assessments.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
Maintain training MIS and reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and client standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
2–5 years of training experience in Soft Services / Facility Management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of housekeeping and service standards.
Experience handling frontline / ground staff training.
Strong coordination and people-management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
