We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager – Soft Services to lead housekeeping, pantry, façade, and support services at a large industrial/office facility in Jamnagar. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, quality-driven, and capable of managing high standards with tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily soft services operations with end-to-end ownership of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
Manage housekeeping teams, supervisors, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor SLAs, daily checklists, schedules, and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and close gaps proactively.
Coordinate closely with the client team for issue resolution and service improvements.
Drive cost control, inventory management, and manpower productivity initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
Train and motivate staff for performance, grooming, and customer service excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in soft services / housekeeping management (FM industry preferred).
Strong team management and client-handling capability.
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
