✅ Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned sites
✅ Manage manpower deployment & address staff shortages

✅ Handle client escalations & ensure SLA compliance
✅ Maintain attendance, deployment & operational records
Should Have:
🔹 Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facility Management operations
🔹 Strong people management & problem-solving skills
🔹 Good communication in Hindi/Marathi + basic English
🔹 MS Office knowledge
(Able to handle multi sites operations & the below team members. Open to travel whenever it requires. Local speaking language & FM experience will be an edge.)
