1. Operations & Maintenance:
Oversee daily engineering operations and ensure optimal functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Supervise timely resolution of site related maintenance issues and complaints.
Conduct routine inspections of client facilities to identify potential maintenance issues.
AMC and other regular vendors management
2. Technical Team Management:
Lead and manage the technical team in executing daily tasks efficiently.
Assign duties, monitor task completion, and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support where needed.
Training to team members on various tasks like tool box, Lift rescue, safety and day to day activities
3. Complaint & Service Request Management:
Monitor, log, and follow up on all maintenance complaints and ensure closure within defined timelines.
Coordinate with operation/vendor teams for complaint status and prioritization in tool
4. Preventive Maintenance (PPM):
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual PPM schedules for all systems and assets.
Ensure PPM tasks are completed as per schedule and records are properly documented.
Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to avoid breakdowns.
5. Energy Conservation:
Monitor energy usage across building and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure timely maintenance of energy-intensive equipment to reduce wastage.
Promote sustainability through awareness and technical improvements.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities, complaints, and energy performance.
Maintain service history records, asset logs, vendor reports, and work completion certificates.
7. Contractor & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timelines during third-party work execution.
8. Briefings & Communication:
Conduct daily and weekly briefings with the technical team to assign duties and review progress.
