Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall Facilities Services and Operations.
Handle client management and conduct regular site visits to support on-site teams and client requirements.
Understanding of NABH and JCI Audits
Oversee client contract management and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Manage budgeting, financials, and account profitability.
Conduct site audits and regular performance reviews.
Lead monthly management reviews with clients regarding site operations.
Implement innovation and best practices across sites.
Organize client engagement programs and drive monthly team training.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
Ensure compliance management for both site and vendors.
Supervise vendor operations and service delivery.
Support the Business Solutions team with new business pitches, site surveys, and proposals.
Process client site invoices and manage receivables and vendor payments in a timely manner.
