    Service Lead/FE

    • Supervision and Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and support staff. 
    • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance activities, including routine checks, repairs, and addressing urgent issues. 
    • Budget Management: Manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations. 
    • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements, and manage relationships with vendors. 
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all facility activities comply with health, safety, and security regulations. 
    • Project Management: Lead facility projects, such as renovations, expansions, or office moves. 
    • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records on maintenance activities, repairs, and projects. 
    • Communication: Act as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders. 
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to facility operations. 
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in facility operations and propose solutions.
