    Senior Operations Manager - Technical

    Key responsibilities

    • Team and leadership: Manage and provide leadership to operations and shift managers, foster a high-performance culture, and coach staff for professional development.
    • Strategic planning: Develop and implement operational strategies, set departmental goals, and contribute to executive-level strategic planning to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Technical oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, manage the technical team, and work with engineering and IT teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Process improvement: Monitor and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and implement best practices.
    • Budget and resource management: Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to optimize performance and control costs.
    • Quality and compliance: Ensure all operational processes are consistent, documented, reviewed, and adhere to quality standards and industry compliance requirements.
    • Collaboration and communication: Liaise and communicate regularly with other senior leaders, cross-functional departments (including HR, Finance, IT, and Safety), and external stakeholders.
