Role Overview:
• Manage end-to-end security operations for a premium residential society
• Lead and supervise security manpower across all shifts
• Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV, access control, visitor management & gate operations
• Coordinate with RWA, residents and external agencies for seamless security operations
• Conduct security audits, inspections and ensure SOP & statutory compliance
• Handle emergency situations, investigations and incident reporting
• Drive operational excellence while ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
