KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end IFM operations, including Hard & Soft Services
Lead teams, manpower planning & service delivery
Manage clients, vendors & service partners
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, quality, safety & statutory requirements
Monitor MIS, audits, operational performance & escalations
Drive cost optimization & continuous improvement
