Manage end-to-end soft services operations across assigned facilities.
Ensure achievement of all operational KPIs and service excellence targets.
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and close trouble tickets within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and drive continuous improvement in average resolution time.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Drive team accountability through regular performance reviews and follow-ups.
Manage stores and inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels and accurate records.
Oversee MIS reporting, operational dashboards, and timely submission of reports.
Conduct daily team briefings/toolbox talks to communicate priorities, safety, and operational updates.
Monitor employee attendance, rostering, manpower deployment, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, client standards, safety policies, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal support functions to ensure seamless facility operations.
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
