Unify Facilities Management is looking for a Manager – Transition to lead and execute seamless transitions across multiple IFM verticals. The ideal candidate will have a basic to strong understanding of supply chain management (SCM), commercials, budgeting, and P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end transition management for new and Retransition for existing projects.
• Ensure smooth integration of IFM services, aligning with client expectations.
• Coordinate with various departments, including SCM, finance, and operations, to optimize project execution.
• Develop transition plans, risk assessments, and cost evaluations.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability.
• Travel as required based on project needs.
Key Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in IFM transition management.
• Good knowledge of SCM, commercials, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project demands.
