Company profileCandidate will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of a technical services department. Lead a team of technical members and engineers, and responsible for ensuring the department meets its objectives and client needs. Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical infrastructure
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects
Plan and coordinate complex projects, and act as a project lead for other projects
Manage systems
Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot technical problems, and asset management.
Manage safety
Manage user access and policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Manage quality
Ensure quality management systems meet standards, and support continuous improvement processes
Manage client relations
Partner with customers and stakeholders to prioritize workload, and ensure client needs are met
Manage strategic planning
Identify department objectives, and work with other teams to identify new business opportunities
Manage documentation
Maintain accurate records of work completed, and report to the site manager and clients
Manage staff
Supervise, coach, and mentor staff, and ensure they are scheduled effectively
