Role Overview
Lead and oversee all technical services at the assigned site. Ensure operational excellence, compliance with standards, and strong client engagement. Drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement while managing a skilled technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for technical operations at the site.
Ensure daily facility inspections, monitoring of critical equipment, and timely closure of reports.
Review and share operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with client and management.
Oversee preventive maintenance, AMC vendor coordination, and compliance with service schedules.
Monitor utilities (fuel, power, water, air) and prepare MIS/analysis reports for cost optimization.
Supervise engineers, technicians, and support staff; conduct inductions, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure safety compliance, issue work permits, and monitor vendor activities.
Handle escalations, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Manage procurement processes, vendor payments, and adherence to budgets.
Act as the primary technical liaison with the client and regional office.
Undertake strategic initiatives and projects delegated by senior leadership.
Qualifications
BE (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred with 12+ years of experience in facility/technical services management.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage site-level technical operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Energetic, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
