• Lead end-to-end facilities & engineering operations at a pharma manufacturing site
• Ensure compliance with GMP, audit preparedness, statutory norms & documentation
• Manage critical utilities — HVAC, WTP/ETP, boilers, compressors, UPS, DG sets, BMS
• Drive preventive & predictive maintenance for zero-downtime production
• Vendor management, AMC governance, budgeting & capex planning
• Lead a multi-disciplinary facility team with strong focus on safety & performance
You’ll Fit Right If You Have
✔ 10+ years in technical facility management for pharma plants
✔ Strong knowledge of regulatory audits & cleanroom operations
