    Executive - Travel Desk

    Job Description - 

    • Domestic Flight & Train Ticket booking
    • International Flight Ticket booking & VISA procedures
    • Hotel Bookings for FIT and MICE Movements (CME’s & Residential Meetings)
    • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
    • Managing day‑to‑day operational tasks for the department
    • Preparing MIS reports, documentation, and communication
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, budgets & timelines
    • Any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

    Critical Skills - 

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English speaking
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Problem‑solving ability and proactive approach
    • Ability to work under timelines and manage stakeholders
