We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Operations Head to lead and manage our operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IFM operations, strong leadership skills, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of business performance and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage end-to-end operations
Ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams
Drive business growth, cost optimization and efficiency
Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality and statutory requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
15–20 years of experience in IFM operations
Experience in MNC environment preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
