Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential property.
🔹 Supervise vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
🔹 Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP, HVAC, lifts, DG, firefighting systems, etc.
🔹 Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms.
🔹 Handle resident complaints and service requests efficiently.
🔹 Control and monitor property operational costs.
Requirements:
✅ Diploma/BE in Electrical/Mechanical
✅ 10-15 years’ experience in residential property/facility management.
✅ Strong vendor management and technical troubleshooting skills.
✅ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
