Company profileWe're seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Manager with expertise in HVAC systems, DG sets, and electrical systems to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to HVAC plants, DG sets, and electrical systems
- Demonstrate expertise in LT and HT panel operations (33kV to 440V systems)
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure seamless plant operations
- Implement process improvements and innovations to drive efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in plant operations and maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
