Company profileKey Responsibilities
01) Handling day to day operations on client sites.
02) Monitor daily attendance at all assigned sites and ensure adequate manpower availability. Control attrition rate.
03) Coordinate for hiring/recruitment, joining, training and developing new employees at the client sites.
04) Coordinate manpower deployment with the Operations Executive and support other field officers as needed.
05) Site mobilization & ensure the smooth operation. Execution & maintaining of site documentation.
06) Guide staff on work procedures, grooming standards, quality expectations, and housekeeping best practices.
07) Escalate unresolved staff grievances for prompt action.
08) Conduct site visits as per the approved monthly plan.
09)During visits, inspect - Attendance registers and records of late arrivals, Staff grooming, uniform compliance, and discipline, Duty rosters, cleaning schedules, and execution, Availability of cleaning materials and equipment condition.
10) Maintain regular communication with clients to understand expectations and address operational concerns.
11) Ensure cleaning materials are available and machines/equipment are in working condition across all sites.
12) Obtain monthly attendance approvals from clients for billingpurposes.
13) Ensure timely preparation and submission of client invoices.
14) Track and follow up bills submission & payment collection.
15) Providing leadership and direction to Site Supervisors, employees & subordinates.
16) Ensure company policies,
health, safety, and security rules are followed at the client sites.
17)Prepare and submit reports - MMR & MOM
