Company profileJOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day operations of a 1,50,000 sq. ft. corporate facility, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient service delivery.
Supervise Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Helpdesk, Vendor Management, and other IFM services as applicable.
Possess working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, DG, UPS, BMS, Fire & Life Safety Systems, Plumbing, and basic MEP operations.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and coordinate with technical teams and vendors for timely resolution.
Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, SOP, HSE, and statutory requirements.
Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, training, discipline, and performance of facility teams.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding complaints, work permits, breakdowns, projects, and ad-hoc requirements.
Maintain facility MIS, AMC records, PPM schedules, equipment logs, statutory registers, inventory, and operational documentation.
Monitor consumables, spares, energy/utilities, and service costs to ensure effective cost control and resource optimization.
Drive audits, RCA/CAPA, emergency preparedness, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement to enhance overall facility performance.
Drive MMR, QBR, monthly billing, and collections, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
