Company profileKey Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain appropriate customer service procedures and standards, interfacing with customers to resolve issues effectively.
Evaluate support services, identify needs, anticipate challenges, and develop corrective action plans proactively.
Coordinate building security services, regular maintenance, and repair activities.
Assist in preparing MIS reports for sites, as well as managing shifts for Supervisors and Housekeeping teams.
Oversee office services required to support departmental operations efficiently.
Assist in implementing efficiency standards while maintaining discipline and ensuring high-quality work by all team members.
Ensure all client complaints are addressed within the established turnaround time.
Maintain agreed manpower strength as per the contract, coordinating with the office to fill any manpower shortages promptly.
Maintain adequate stock levels of chemicals required for housekeeping services and ensure availability on-site.
Take responsibility for overall safety and security at the site, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Well versed with MMR,KPI & SLA process
Strong exposure to soft services (Housekeeping, Pantry, Administration, Helpdesk, etc.)
