    AGM - Soft Services

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM – Soft Services to lead and manage soft services across key client sites. This role demands operational excellence, strong team leadership, and a customer-focused mindset.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, pantry, pest control, front office & other soft services
    • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety norms, and service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks across sites
    • Manage vendor performance, contracts, and cost optimization
    • Lead a high-performing team and drive continuous service improvements
    • Handle client interactions, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Monitor budgets, generate MIS reports, and support review meetings

     

    Requirements:

    • Graduate (MBA preferred) with 10–15 years of experience in facility management.
    • At least 7 years in a managerial role handling soft services across multiple sites.
    • Strong leadership, vendor management, communication skills & stakeholder management.
