Company profileCandidate will be responsible for the non-technical tasks that keep a building running smoothly. These tasks include cleaning, security, teception, site operations management, monitoring of housekeeping related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff: Train and develop staff, and provide support to the soft services team
Ensure quality: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate operations: Plan, coordinate, and control all operational activities
Report: Generate, collate, and submit monthly reports
Provide technical advice: Provide technical advice and solutions to clients
Ensure on-time delivery: Ensure work is delivered on time and according to schedule
Support emergencies: Perform emergency support duties if required
Support clients: Ensure smooth interactions with clients and guests
Follow up with clients: Follow up with clients to ensure timely recoveries
