Manage end-to-end purchasing and vendor management
Handle quotations, negotiations, POs, and cost optimization
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities
Coordinate with vendors, sites, and internal teams
Manage office supplies, assets, contracts, and documentation
Ensure timely procurement and smooth administrative operations
MUST-HAVE
5–10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in both Purchase & Administration
Facility Management / IFM industry experience preferred
Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
Good documentation and cost-management abilities
Immediate joiners preferred
