👉 Monitor P&L performance and drive cost optimization initiatives.
👉 Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, and ensure timely client payments.
👉 Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership.
👉 Collaborate with operations teams to align financial goals with service delivery.
Requirements
📈 MBA in Finance / CA / Cost Accountant preferred.
✅ 10+ years of experience in financial management within IFM or service industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, billing, invoicing, and collections.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel.Required Qualification : CA, ICWA (CMA), or MBA in Finance
Essential Skill - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Role Focus - Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Compliance (IFRS/Indian GAAP), Finance Control, and Leadership
