We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Executive to strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment practices across our client facilities. This role ensures risk-free operations, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture among all employees and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines across the site.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Perform site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments (HIRA).
Lead incident reporting, root-cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
Track and report safety KPIs, including near-miss incidents, first-aid cases, and compliance audits.
Ensure full compliance with Factories Act, Environmental norms, and client HSE guidelines.
Coordinate fire safety drills, emergency preparedness exercises, and EHS trainings.
Maintain updated safety documentation, PTW (Permit to Work), and SOP records.
Support the site team in implementing ISO 45001 / 14001 requirements (where applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma preferred.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and workplace safety rules.
Good communication skills in English + local language.
Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams with high ownership.
