Housekeeping & Hygiene: Supervise cleaning operations to maintain top-tier sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in offices, washrooms, and common areas.
Vendor & Staff Management: Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors, monitoring their performance, attendance, and uniform standards.
Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine daily/weekly site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Inventory & Materials: Monitor, manage, and order,
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Generally requires 2–8 years of experience in facility management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and facility management software.
Soft Skills: Good communication, strong leadership, and team management abilities.
Education: A diploma or degree in facility management, hospitality, or related fields
