1.Manage daily operations of soft services including cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
2.Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
3.Co-ordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and service delivery.
4.Monitor service quality and address any issues or complaints promptly.
5.Assist in budget management and cost control for soft services.
6.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of service.
Train and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
