Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for maintaining the Laundry Sites in colleges
The person will be responsible to manage the daily site operations
Asset management to be the key responsibility
Key responsibility to ensure high customer satisfaction to students
Coordinating with internal service team to ensure laundry machines are repaired on time Daily reporting to the management
The person should have experience of excel
Daily Task:
Preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Activating sites by coordinating with college authorities
Managing promoters to increase daily machine usage
Coordinating with Service team for repair and maintenance of sites
Experienced Required:
3+ years in service / maintenance / facility management
Travelling Required (50%)
Well versed in Excel for making reports
