About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee engagement, retention, payroll, and HR operations, along with strong people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement effective employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
Develop and execute employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve satisfaction.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage all core HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Partner with leadership teams to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Track HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
