2) Implementing and monitoring 100% compliance of all activities at sites as per the transition plan in the region.
3) Maintain grooming standards at all the sites in the region.
4) Conduct monthly R&R at the sites in the region.
5) Conduct training at each site on a monthly basis (Classroom & OJT) in the region.
6) Conduct site audits and health checks at each site each quarter in the region.
7) Create two model sites in each quarter.
8) Create training reports and share with clients post-training, and keep records.
9) Create training MIS each month.
