Key Responsibilities:
• Manage estate staff & tenant coordination (hiring, training, liaison, leasing, billing)
• Oversee building & equipment maintenance, safety, and statutory compliance
• Handle security, housekeeping, consumables & event coordination
• Manage budgets, vendors, contractors & government interactions
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical with 10+ years of commercial estate/property management experience
• Strong leadership, communication & client management skills
• Preferred: 40+ age group / Ex-servicemen
• Good technical knowledge (BMS, safety, maintenance, budgeting)
