We have an opening for Helpdesk executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log tickets through emails and the helpdesk portal.
• Assign work orders to maintenance, housekeeping, security, pantry, or technical teams.
• Monitor the progress of each ticket, follow up with teams, and ensure closure within SLA; update records and close jobs in the system.
• Prepare MIS and share daily/weekly reports with the respective Facilities Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities, helpdesk, administration, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with a customer service–oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with helpdesk, customer support, or ticketing tools.
• Excellent coordination, follow‑up, and time‑management skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift 
Immediate joiners 
Salary 4.5 lac CTC based on experience
