*Job Summary:*
The Manager – Gifting will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing gifting strategies for corporate clients, special events, and internal initiatives. The role requires a blend of creativity, vendor management, budget control, and client servicing skills to ensure impactful and memorable gifting experiences.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Gifting Strategy & Planning:*
Develop and implement gifting strategies aligned with brand positioning and corporate objectives.
Plan seasonal, event-based, and personalized gifting campaigns.
Curate innovative and premium gifting options for clients, partners, and employees.
*Vendor & Supplier Management:*
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, artisans, and vendors.
Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and cost efficiency for all gifting orders.
*Budget & Cost Management:*
Prepare gifting budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Analyse cost-benefit for different gifting options and optimize ROI.
*Client & Stakeholder Coordination:*
Understand client/employee needs and propose tailored gifting solutions.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR, and event teams for seamless execution.
Ensure all gifting aligns with corporate branding guidelines and messaging.
*Operational Excellence* :
Oversee end-to-end gifting process from ideation to delivery.
Maintain gifting inventory, catalogs, and records.
Track feedback and measure the impact of gifting initiatives.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in gifting, corporate gifting, event management, or retail operations.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Creative flair with an eye for design and trends in gifting.
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with procurement and CRM tools is a plus.
*Preferred:*
Experience working with luxury or artisan gifting brands.
Knowledge of sustainable and artisanal gift options.
