We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to manage financial operations for a premium account under the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model. This role requires expertise in planning, budgeting, invoicing, billing, collections, and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for the account.
👉 Monitor P&L performance and drive cost optimization initiatives.
👉 Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, and ensure timely client payments.
👉 Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership.
👉 Collaborate with operations teams to align financial goals with service delivery.
Requirements
📈 MBA in Finance / CA / Cost Accountant preferred.
✅ 10+ years of experience in financial management within IFM or service industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, billing, invoicing, and collections.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel.
