Prepare MIS and share daily/weekly reports with the Facilities Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in facilities, helpdesk, administration, or customer service.
Strong communication skills with command over English & local language with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with helpdesk/ticketing tools.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple requests.
Ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shift.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Location: Sector 30, Gurugram
